Hello Crafters!
I saw a version this fun fold
on Pinterest last week and wanted to give it a try. However, there was no blog
or website that gave me measurement. But that didn't stop me. It took me a few
tries, but I figured out a slightly different version than what I originally
saw, but as it turned out...I like mine better!
The die cuts are made with the Flourish Thinlets from Stampin’ Up
and the sentiments as well as the flower stamps on the inside boxes are from a
new Stampin’ Up set called Lovely Friends.
Measurements
Card
Base:
Cut
a regular piece of cardstock to 11" x 5.5"
Score
on the long side at 3.5", and 7". The first score will be a mountain
fold and the next will be a valley fold until you cut the “boxes” which will
become mountains inside the valley.
On
the valley fold, with the valley folded, you will cut into the valley 1.25
inches deep starting with the top of the
card: cut at .75", 2", 2.5" 3.75", 4.25".
Very
carefully, score along each side of the 1.25" box at the end of the cuts.
This will allow the box to be folded as a mountain inside the valley.
The
smallest panel is the front panel.

Box Layers
I did 3 layers on this card but it can be done with only one or two layers as well. The first layer covers the entire side of the box.
Layer one: 1 1/4" x 1 1/4"
Layer two: 1 1/8" x 1 1/8 "
Layer three: 1" x 1"
